Albemarle Plantation Guest Slips are available for transient boaters for visits.
Transient Slip Fees: $1.60/day plus Power:
50amp, $10.50/day; 30amp, $6.50/day
The permanent docks accommodate boats up to 60 feet. The lower dock level on D Dock works very well for boats up to 24 feet. Larger vessels can be accommodated on A, B, or C Docks. There are no height restrictions. All slips have stationary finger piers and tie-off pilings. Both 30 amp and 50 amp power hookups and water are available. The fuel dock has both non-ethanol gas and diesel fuel and a pump-out station. The marina also offers large modern restrooms with showers. In addition, there is a free washer and dryer for the use of all boat owners.
Placed strategically at the mouth of Yeopim Creek, it’s an easy access to some key places along the coast: the Intracoastal Waterway, the North Carolina Outer Banks and even the Atlantic’s Gulf Stream – ideal for a day of sport fishing. It’s a boating and fishing enthusiast’s paradise.
Consider docking your boat here with us for part of the year or longer. Our location North of the 36th parallel generally results in a lower insurance cost, and our mild climate allows in-water storage in winter.
